These terms govern your use of theauthoritystory.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of Your Authority Story and any add-ons sold with it (together, the “Product”).

The Product is offered by Jenny G Productions, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), on behalf of Jen Gottlieb. By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or buy the Product.

1. The Product

Your Authority Story is a digital, self-paced experience. After purchase you receive instant access to the materials included in the offer you chose.

Optional add-ons (for example BOOKED, the Soundbite Vault, or a bundle) are separate digital products. If you add one at checkout, these terms cover that purchase too.

What you receive is the then-current version of the Product described on the checkout page. We may update, improve, or replace materials over time.

The Product is education and training. It is not legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a booking, publicity, or speaking-agent service.

2. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. You are buying as an individual or on behalf of a business you are authorized to bind.

The Site is not directed at children.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and may change for future buyers. You authorize our payment partners (currently Spiffy and Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide.

A charge is final once it is approved, subject to the guarantee below. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.

If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may suspend access until it is resolved.

4. 14-day guarantee

The sales page promise is the one we honor:

If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you.

How to request it:

1. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout

2. Include your name, the email on the order, and the date of purchase

3. Say you want a refund under the 14-day guarantee

We refund the amount you paid for the Product (and any add-ons bought in the same order, if you ask us to include them) to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund, your license ends and you must delete copies you downloaded and stop using the Product.

This guarantee is the exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Product.

5. Access and license

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own work.

You may not:

· Share login, files, or prompts with people who did not buy

· Resell, rent, or redistribute the Product

· Copy the materials into a course, membership, or client offering you sell

· Scrape, reverse engineer, or use the Product to build a competing story system

· Remove copyright or attribution notices

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms were broken.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the stories and answers you create. You give us a limited license to process that content so we can deliver the Product (including any AI-assisted tool), provide support, and keep backups.

Do not submit content that is illegal, that you do not have the right to share, or that includes someone else’s private information without their permission.

You are responsible for how you use your finished story in public.

7. Results

Stories, testimonials, and examples on the Site are individual experiences. We do not guarantee bookings, revenue, press, audience growth, or any other result. Your outcome depends on your effort, your market, and factors outside our control.

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and similar platforms are not affiliated with this Site.

8. Intellectual property

Jen Gottlieb, Jenny G Productions, Your Authority Story, Be Seen, and related names, marks, videos, text, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. Buying the Product does not transfer those rights.

9. Email and communications

We will email you about your order and access. We may also send product and related-offer email as allowed by law. Unsubscribe from marketing anytime. Transactional messages about your purchase will still be sent.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or Product: no hacking, scraping at scale, malware, harassment of our team, or using the Product for unlawful or deceptive claims about yourself or others.

11. Third-party tools

Checkout, video, email, community, and AI features may run on third-party platforms. Their terms apply to your use of those platforms. We are not responsible for an outage or change on a platform we do not control.

12. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ACCESS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

13. Limit of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST BUSINESS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited as much as the law allows.

14. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Jenny G Productions, LLC, Jen Gottlieb, and our team against claims that arise from your misuse of the Product, your content, or your breach of these terms.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. If you keep using the Site or Product after a change, you accept the update. If you do not agree, stop using the Product and, if you are still inside the 14-day window, request a refund.

We may change or discontinue the Site. If we discontinue the Product for paying customers, we will honor access or refunds as required by law and by Section 4 if you are still inside the guarantee window.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court to protect intellectual property.

17. Entire agreement

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and the Product. They replace any prior discussions. A waiver in one case is not a waiver later.
