1. What this covers

This policy applies to visitors and buyers of Your Authority Story and related add-ons sold from this Site (for example BOOKED, the Soundbite Vault, or a bundle), including checkout hosted for us by our payment partner.

It does not cover other Jen Gottlieb or Jenny G Productions, LLC sites, which have their own policies.

2. What we collect

You give us

- Name, email, and phone when you buy, join a list, or contact support

- Billing details needed to complete a purchase (we do not store your full card number)

- The stories, answers, and other content you type into the Product or any related tools

- Messages you send us by email, chat, or form

We collect automatically

- IP address, browser, device, referring URL, and pages viewed

- How you use the Site (clicks, time on page, checkout steps)

- Cookies and similar tags used for the Site, analytics, and ads

We receive from others

- Payment status and limited billing data from our checkout and card processors (currently Spiffy and Stripe)

- Email and ad platform data (opens, clicks, conversions) when you interact with our messages or ads

- Information from tools we use to deliver the Product, send email, or run ads

We do not collect Social Security numbers, biometric data, or health records for this Product. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

3. How we use it

- Deliver the Product and any add-ons you bought

- Process payment, refunds, and fraud checks

- Send transactional email (receipt, access, support)

- Send marketing email if you opted in or if you are a customer and the law allows it. You can unsubscribe in any marketing email

- Improve the Site, the Product, and our ads

- Respond to you and keep records we need for legal, tax, and accounting reasons

If the Product includes an AI-assisted tool, the text you enter there is used to generate your output and to operate and improve that tool. Do not enter anyone else’s private information, medical details, or secrets.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Who we share it with

We share information with companies that help us run the business, only as needed:

- Checkout and payments (Spiffy, Stripe, and their banks)

- Email, SMS (if you opt in), hosting, analytics, and advertising partners

- Customer-support tools and contractors on our team

- Professional advisors (lawyer, accountant) when required

- A buyer of our business, if we ever sell or reorganize

- Law enforcement or a court, if we are legally required to

Those partners are not allowed to use your information for their own marketing of unrelated products, except as their own policies describe when you use their checkout or ads.

Card numbers are handled by our payment processors, not stored on this Site.

5. Cookies and ads

We use cookies and pixels to remember your session, measure traffic, and show or measure ads (including on Meta, Google, and similar platforms).

You can block cookies in your browser. The Site may not work as well if you do. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not consistently honored; we treat opt-out requests you send us as described below.

6. Email and texts

Email. Buying or requesting access means we will email you about your order. Marketing email is optional. Unsubscribe anytime. We keep your address on a suppression list so we do not email you again.

Texts. We only text you if you opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent to texts is not required to buy. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order, access, and support records as long as we need them to deliver the Product, handle refunds, and meet tax and legal duties (typically several years for purchase records). You can ask us to delete what we are not required to keep.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No site is perfectly secure. You are responsible for the devices and accounts you use to access the Product.

9. Your choices and rights

You can:

- Unsubscribe from marketing email

- Ask what personal information we have about you

- Ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records we must keep

- Ask us not to use your information for targeted advertising, where the law gives you that right

California (CCPA/CPRA). You may request to know, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights. Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request.” We will verify you (usually by confirming the email on the order). You may use an authorized agent with written permission or a power of attorney.

EEA/UK (GDPR). We process data to perform your purchase, for our legitimate interests (running and improving the Site and Product, preventing fraud, limited customer marketing), to meet legal duties, and with your consent where we ask for it. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with your local authority. We store data in the United States.

10. Children

The Site and Product are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.
